Our services include: Strong Womenopause — a premium 1:1 menopause specialist coaching programme for women experiencing menopause symptoms, including bespoke workout plans, nutrition guidance, symptom tracking and weekly video feedback.
Rebuild & Rise — a 6-month 1:1 bespoke coaching programme for women seeking fat loss, improved fitness and nutrition support.
The Collective — a community membership providing workout plans, nutrition training, live Q&A sessions, yoga and pilates sessions and community support for women at all stages of their health journey.
