As so many of my ladies were suffering and dealing with Perimenopause and Postmenopausal symptoms (fatigue, weight gain, slow weight loss, brain fog, aching joints, anxiety, depression, digestive issues and sleepless nights, the list goes on), I knew that to be the best coach I could, becoming a Menopause Specialist would mean I am giving my clients every tool possible to help them on their journey and I joined the Menopause Movement.
This has been the best decision I have ever made and my strong womenopause ladies are literally embracing those changes, one symptom at a time, and smashing their goals!
